Here is an application that will enable you to keep track of and always have at hand all information related to your health and that of each family member: blood group, blood pressure, medications, allergies, diagnostic tests and results, infectious diseases, vaccinations, and more.
This information could be crucial in various everyday situations, from a regular medical check-up – where you can record details of any medical prescriptions – to an emergency where immediate access to data such as blood groups, allergies, diagnostic test results, prescribed medication is essential.
Family Medical History provides the following features:
<ul>
<li>Your family's key personal and health data (blood group, RH factor, health service number….)</li>
<li>A list of prescribed medications, their indications, and the frequency of use. Details of diagnostic tests conducted or planned with relevant dates and results.</li>
<li>A list of known allergies, the allergens involved, and the necessary remedies.</li>
<li>A record of illnesses contracted and their dates.</li>
<li>Trends in blood pressure and weight.</li>
<li>A list of vaccinations received and due dates for boosters. Any reactions and subsequent treatments can also be noted.</li>
<li>A quick reference to key contact numbers for your family's healthcare needs (doctor, pediatrician, general practitioner, health visitor, emergency services, Poison Centre, Burns Centre…).</li>
</ul>
Family Medical History is now integrated with Family Medical History for iPad and Family Medical History for Mac (available on the Mac App Store). With a click of a button, you can export your data to a .fmh file that can be imported back into any of your copies of Family Medical History for easy synchronization.
