Here is an application that will enable you to keep track of and always have at hand all information related to your health and that of each family member: blood group, blood pressure, medications, allergies, diagnostic tests and results, infectious diseases, vaccinations, and more.

This information could be crucial in various everyday situations, from a regular medical check-up – where you can record details of any medical prescriptions – to an emergency where immediate access to data such as blood groups, allergies, diagnostic test results, prescribed medication is essential.

Family Medical History provides the following features:

• A list of prescribed medications, their indications, and the frequency of use. Details of diagnostic tests conducted or planned with relevant dates and results.

Family Medical History is now integrated with Family Medical History for iPad and Family Medical History for Mac (available on the Mac App Store). With a click of a button, you can export your data to a .fmh file that can be imported back into any of your copies of Family Medical History for easy synchronization.
